BSIFF Members are brought together by the love of film and culture. BSIFF Members are referred to as Black Stars. As a Black Star, you will be open to a wide array of opportunities and relevant networks.

Pay an annual fee of only GHC 300 or the dollar equivalent, to have access to our wide array of great films, special events, and engage with relevant film stakeholders and celebrities within BSIFF.

  • Access to watch all BSIFF official selection films, special screenings & premieres at the SilverBird Cinema, Accra Mall from September 17th-2024 (just show your Membership card).
  • Attend any BSIFF screening for free throughout the year.
  • 30% discounts on workshops for an entire year.
  • Free access to paid masterclasses for an entire year.
  • 20% discount on any BSIFF Merchandise.
  • 10% discount on exhibition booths for the Africa Film Market (AFM) Conference.
  • Access to the Festival’s Opening Gala (which is strictly by invite).
  • Access to the Blackstar Awards & Closing Ceremony (which is strictly by invite).
  • Free access to an exclusive workspace from 17th-22nd September between 9am & 3pm each day (comes with free WI-FI).
